The event at Malverde will be cocktail vibes and the event at Walter's will be very casual. But, all we really care about is your comfort, so you do you!

The event at Malverde in Austin will be mostly indoors. Late September in Texas is still very warm and potentially humid, but there is an additional patio space we'll open up if weather allows. The event at Walters in Pittsburgh will be an outdoor patio, but it is covered and has optional heaters if the weather doesn't cooperate.

Malverde: Please park in the "Second Street District" parking garage, entrance on San Antonio Street between W 2nd St and W 3rd St. The venue will validate parking. Walters: Parking is primarily street parking in the Lawrenceville neighborhood. Ride-share or carpooling is encouraged!

We ask that everyone RSVPs by September 1, 2026. You can always come back to change your RSVP if anything changes.

We have not reserved a dedicated room block, as we understand that many guests will want to couple the trip to Austin with additional sightseeing and other activities. We will be staying in The Domain area in North Austin and can provide specific hotel recommendations in that area if desired -- just reach out to us directly!

We're not officially planning additional events around the date(s). However, depending on who is traveling when, we might suggest an impromptu Friday-evening or Sunday-morning get together if folks are interested.
